Dire, dire, dire service by this company all round.

Hence why they do not have many likes in the last few hours, probably everyone here has been done by them at one time or another. Go for M&M direct, much better service and products.

Sorry you had a bad time but it really is horses for courses as ive always had great service from them and they even sent me some freebies with my order.:T

Did you get the 'free mug' or was it the 'free bag'? Every one gets them. I sent their crap back when I got the my crap order.

Just a word of warning too about the Nintendo Mario T-shirts that they sell, my son got 3 different Mario ones for his Birthday and the print has started to come off them all after just one wash! (normal wash).

I ordered last year and had no issue with my order at all. I ordered clothing and the cheap crocs and all was fine. Have liked as well

I hate sportsdirect (the shop) and only go in there when I reallllly need something (why can't I treat all shops this way?!) But I have liked them on facebook so hopefully you that need it can get it And I don't think they're too bad customer service, my bf ordered something before on standard delivery not next day, and it still was delivered the next day, can't complain

Never had an issue with this company. Regularly order kids shoes and mens trainers etc online from them. More recently ordered some fantastic 'Breed' bags for my son who loves them. Fast delivery and no issues so far!
