I think that you are missing the point that people are making. You headed the post "discrimination" and the first thing you said was would you have a case? So before asking for any advice on the situation, how to resolve it, or even whether there was anything wrong in what the employer was doing, you gave a very strong impression that your first port of call was a tribunal. So you did give the impression that you are demanding it, that you should be treated differently because you are a parent, and you gave a distinct impression that you wanted to take a case at law. If that is how people read the post, then it was what you said that is to blame.0 -
