This ITV comp can only be entered using the SKY red button and your Sky box must also be connected to a phone line. It is FREE TO ENTER using BT lines, but some other providers may charge.

The first prize is a wicker hamper basket containing a selection of baking items including, without limitation, a Kenwood Multipro Food Processor, a selection of bowls, spoons, tins and trays, mechanical scales and a selection of Canderel goods.

A further five (5) entries drawn at random from all eligible entries will each be the winner of the runner’s-up prize. The runner’s-up prize is a goody bag containing a selection of Canderel goods including, without limitation, a mug, tea towel, recipe book, tablet dispensers and granules.

HOW TO ENTER:
1) On any ITV station press the Red Button and navigate to the 10 Mile Menu page.
2) Press the Yellow Button to access the Canderel Pages.
3) Navigate to Prize Draw – Bumper Baking Hamper, press ‘Select’ twice to bring up the form.
4) Fill in the form using your remote control.

T&C - Up to 5 entries per household.

    Where have you seen this?

The terms and conditions HERE and the terms on screen as you enter CLEARLY state it is FREE to enter using BT lines. (ie. they are using an 0800 number - it will also be free on many other call plans).

I can only guess you are looking at the terms and conditions for a different comp such as comping cats comp (comp HERE, T&C HERE) which WILL cost £1.03 using the red button, but is free to enter online.
