A lot of people would say that the credit score isn't worth much (okay if its a free trial but certainly not worth paying for).
The score only takes into account your history of paying credit products and whether you are on the electoral roll, this info is on your credit report which can be obtained for £2 (and is worth getting periodically).
On top of that info a potential new lender also considers many other things, not least your affordability ie looking at your income compare to your level of debts and level of unused credit etc and also things like your perceived stability (length of time in property, and in job, what industry you work in etc).A smile enriches those who receive without making poorer those who giveor "It costs nowt to be nice"0 -
It is a free trial. I wouldn't really think paying for something like that would be sensible. I'll look into using the cheaper card like that, could be useful now I understand what you mean!

OK so it looks like I may lose my job.
Nothing set yet but I've been warned to expect the worst.
I'm looking for other work, as you do, but what should I do about a contingency?0 -
What do people think about the possibility of shifting to a lower interest loan from a local credit union in order to get away from the massive costs on the cards?0
