If you can switch without paying a penalty IMHO it might be worth trying 20 quid each into 3 funds
1.Equity income Fund
2.Property fund
3.Stewardship income fund
See how it goes for a year or two and if not happy cash in pay it off the mortgage.Trying to keep it simple...

Sorry m8, I thought I had to transfer, the money I had in there now, I think its £4,100 into the new funds, or can i just tell em to pay my next 12 months monthly payments into the funds you mentioned

I would suggest you move the old money and the new money into the new funds.Trying to keep it simple...0
