Ask your employer to do something. If they don't do anything, faint. Then they will do something.

Not many people can faint on demand....what a stupid comment really!
The Googlewhacker referance is to Dave Gorman and not to my opinion of the search engine!

I have an air cooler, two fans and the windows open.

May be a daft question but are you using the air cooler correctly? Some are supposed to be placed in front of an open window but some are not and you are not supposed to use with windows open. Is it one that should have water put in it and if so do you put water in it?

TBH, if your employers have provided this for you there's probably not a lot more they can "reasonably" do. It is likely that installing an air conditioning system would be rather cost prohibitive.

    Pffft.

    Office workers.. Pah

I have to wear a clean tee shirt everyday, because the sweat forms salty tidemarks all over it.
And the thick dust sticks to my sweaty exposed skin and forms crusty layers that crack.
AND. sometimes I cant see what I am doing because the sweat is running into my eyes but I cant wipe my face as my respirator mask is in the way and if I took that off I would choke on the dust in the air.

My steel toed boots are pretty hot too but I cant wear sandals.

And I have to do HARD physical labour, lifting, climbing, crawling, squeezing thru gaps, and still think straight when I have to do the technical part of my job.

And I HAVE to have a bath or shower every evening, and apply moisturisers to my skin just to keep dermatitis at bay.

    Rant over.... move along please

get the air cooler serviced, it cannot be working effectively, unless you have a seriously overcrowded office
