I just had a lovely ceaser salad at Frankie & Bennies. Now I want to use up the leftover turkey on boxing day by making a turkey ceaser salad. Does anyone have the recipe for ceaser dressing. Id rather make it than buy a bottle.
Thanks

Here is the eggless version that we use:
Caesar Salad Dressing
2 Tablespoons mayonnaise
1 teaspoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
1 small garlic clove, minced & mashed to a paste with 1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon wholegrain mustard
1/8 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
Freshly ground pepper
Whisk together until smooth.
(I use vegan mayo and Worcestershire, and omit the anchovies that are usually used in Caesar salad dressing as we're veggie. Also use more garlic than perhaps many people would!)
I make it a bit different than a "regular" Caesar, adding thickly-sliced cucumber and chunks of marinated artichoke hearts to the cos lettuce, and adding in olives, a couple of crumbled veggie bacon slices and some shredded vegan "Cheddar" cheese as well.
YUM, one of my favourite salads!
I want to move to theory. Everything works in theory.0
