Been keeping an eye on these for DD for Christmas as she loves them and it looks like the whole range has just dropped down to half price - engines are down to £5.50, and the playsets are reduced as well.

You can do the mothecare price match on Learning Curve Chuggington Interactive All Around Chuggington Set, on amazon from The entertainer toy shop for £30 (+£1.99 delivery)or direct from their site. Currently £59.99 at mothercare. So should be able to get it for same price plus a £10 voucher. HTH
