i thought i read on this thread yesterday that the following were on offer:
morrisons - tinned tomatoes - 20p each
Co-op - Beans -4 for £1
When I went to-day no one knew anything about them

But don't rely on it to show you everything. I just had a quick look, picked Morrisons Beer, Wines & Spirits Offers and it listed 4.
Went to the Morrisons web site and it listed dozens.0 -
Just to say that you definitely read it right that the Co-op have packs of 4 x 410g tins of Branston Baked Beans for £1.00. I double checked on this in my local store today and the offer runs until July 12.
The only thing with the Co-op is that they have different societies in different parts of the country and not all societies feature the same offers. So offers are not always national and maybe this is why your local store doesn't have this particular offer.

Also remember that like the major supermarket chains, the Co-op have smaller stores in addition to their main stores and these stores often charge higher prices.
I think the price of the packs of Branston Beans in these 'Local' stores is indeed £1.39.
