As described in the Wirral Golf Classic tournament rules, the winner of the competition must be 18 years and older, with a maximum handicap of 24 for men and 36 for ladies, and must be a member of a recognised golf club, or affiliated to their country’s governing body, and must present a current & active handicap certificate from their club on arrival
