can't access email

I have an email account with emailyou.co.uk. for some reason on Tuesday every time i try to open the email it says the requested email service has not been set up or has been suspended.
I have symantec antivirus and i use mozilla firefox.
Does anybody know why this is happening any advise would be gratefully received.

tried that espresso, also tried it on a different computer still no good. i have emailed them several times but they are yet to reply. i have got an email address with orange but all my contacts are on this one and this is the email address i always give, so lots of people have it. i don't really want to start all that again, any more ideas. it can't be my antivirus i hav'nt gone over my allocation or have i been downloading things that i should not have. its a mystery0
