Hi all
Posted a couple of times about fixed rates mtgs and had some really great responses. Been to see they mtg advisor at Woolwich and as a result am now considering a tracker as was only considering 2 yr fix anyway as may be looking to move.
The tracker is 2.89% no fees vs the fixed rate 3.49% no fees on a mtg of 95000 with LTV approx 40%
Anyone find a better tracker deal recently. I am looking for the absolute best deal to allow me to overpay but am finding the comparison sites very confusing!
Thanks
Katty

With 40% LTV there should be much better trackers out there.
Try FD, HSBC, YBS etc...
Trackers with no fees, no ERC's and overpayment facilities would be my priority0 -
Thanks Lightspeed.
Wondering if anyone has recently signed up to a tracker they can recommend?0 -
is this 2.89 + BOE ?

ING is offering Lifetime tracker with no ERC at 1.85%+BOE making it 2.35% for now.
ING is also offering a 2 year deal 1.54%+BOE making it 2.04% for now. No ERC is limited to 10%.Nothing is more damaging to the adventurous spirit within a man than a secure future. - Alex Supertramp0 -
there is a cost to all ING products mentioned.

I think the ING lifetime tracker is the best going at present. This big margin over base is quite a shock. I'm just coming to the end of a 5 year tracker that tracks below base rate (-0.05%) albeit annoyingly with a 3% floor...Those kind of deals were common until 2008.0

There IS an ERC on 2yr ING tracker, it's 2% for 2yrs.0 -
HSBC have a Fee Free Lifetime Tracker at 2.09% + BOE (LTV 60% which you qualify for).
It has no fees or ERCs.
Unlimited overpayments too.0
