Which is the best Party Plan?

Because theres lots of Party Plan places at the moment, I wondered which one is best for me. I've noticed Avon is taken and I'd like one with low start up fee's. I've also seen a Chocolates For Chocoholics rep and because she's in quite a distance from me I'd have the whole town to make money from. From experience what party plan do you recommend and does it actually earn you '£1000 a month in profit'.?
