Hi all.
Has anyone here dealt with an online CD retailer called CD Jungle?
I am having a REALLY bad experience dealing with them and wondered if it's just me!
(they've ruined my sons xmas present to him Mum!)

I used them Twice and they have been fine.Come on you Irons0

I made a purchase with them. I think it was approx. 1 1/2 to 2 years ago. They were cheap and I did get the item even though it took a while to get it. It may have taken about 3 weeks to receive it.
I ordered from them as they stocked a CD that was not stocked in many places and CDJungle's price was very good.
I tried their website just now but it must be down as I got an error message.
What is the problem that you are having with them?
UPDATE: Their website is now working and it does state that orders can take up to 4 weeks to be delivered. So if it is a delivery problem I would wait a bit longer especially as this time of year could delay it even further.0 -
:mad: I placed an order which was supposed to be shipped in time for Xmas. Just checked and its not even been shipped yet. Also, no reply from their customer services when I have emailed. Won't be using them again:dance: :dance::dance:0

I used them once (to save a quid!?!) and it took ages to come. Pay the extra quid and go with cdwow and the like....Reassuringly expensive0

I too have been let down for christmas by these cowboys.
Ordered 3 cds on 4 dec .Checked online tracking, apparently dispatched on 9th.They say up to 14 days from dispatch. "our couriers are world experts"-dont think so.
Tried email +phoning, no avail.
I think Ill just do a Visa charge back on these forckers0 -
i used them last year and they let me down.
their phone number was a answerphone and they never got back to me
i got my money back as i claimed through my bank
so all was not lost in the endIf You See Someone Without A Smile......Give Them One Of Yours0 -
They will let you down as they have lots of others0

I ordered a region 2 DVD from them last Xmas, when it turned up it was region 1. When they bothered to email me back all they could say is they are not a UK retailer, therefore don't have UK stock. Sold it on ebay for a slight loss, lesson learned, won't use them again.0
