The jubilant July NSD challenge

Hi guys, NSD#4 for me today. I really shouldn't count tomorrows shop as a NSD as even though its OHs wages, he gives me the money to do what I see fit with, so I'll still be spending it.:o
Gonna go for 2 in a row over weekend.DFW Nerd 1394.

Thanks so much everyone for their kind wishes. The interview this afternoon went pretty well I think. I will hear either tomorrow or Monday, so just in time before I head off on holiday. Hope it's good news.
Well, Spoon, a rather spendy day today. Did a bit of a basic stores top-up today in prep for going away. DS1 wil be home so he will need feeding etc. Also did a bit of a dried and tinned food shop for a friend who lives a long way from most places that have good food offers (only has a Mr T). We are staying with her in the very far north of Scotland in 12 days time, so this will be in part payment of our stay there.
Hope to nab an NSD tomorrow , have set aside £5 to cover posting a couple of parcels tomorrow...I just didn't have time to send them today.
Off to bed soon, soooo tired, night all.

Morning everyone,
We're here :j:j:j Flight was good and children very excited to see the extended family. I don't anticipate having a NSD anytime soon (except Sunday perhaps?) as we're out and about most days. I've only got one more to meet my challenge so I should be OK.

Oh carp - just remembered I need to get tap washers tomorrow .... hmmm... does stopping a dripping tap REALLY count as a spend
Jinty says NO - I reckon it's essential!
I am in awe of your coupon shopping - that was an amazing haul for the money you spent!:T
Nicca - I look just like my avatar! Not! Although sometimes I feel extremely woolly! Although I'm qualified, I dont do nearly as much therapy work as I should. In my other life I work in finance and numbercrunch all day! The problem is my psoriasis - when its bad on my hands its too painful to do massage etc. I'll send you virtual aromatherapy!
Well I had a wonderful day yesterday - it was great to catch up with my friend. She gave me a surprise pressie of a book by Shirley Maclaine which looks very interesting. She said she saw it and thought of me - how nice is that?
Today I am off to A$da for a bit of grocery shopping, then I have the dentist for a quick check. Things have improved a great deal but I need a little tweak here and there! I think I am catching up with M&D and sis later, as sis is just back from hols.
SO no NSD today - but boy am I enjoying life!:rotfl:
Have a lovely day everyone

Och, thanks Jinty. I've not really been using the coupons for that long, but the folks on the Mr T 1p thread and the Printable Coupon thread are all lovely and helpful and I've picked up some great tips from them. I do feel a bit nervous handing over my pile of coupons - goodness knows why when they are perfectly legit - think it goes back to when a trout in Mr T refused one I had many moons ago (no reason why either, it was perfectly fine)
