No idea! I used to have problems printing from a mac as it always required some specific software that can't be installed on a Mac, not even in a virtual windows environment. However the last couple that I have printed have worked fine as it seems to just run on java rather than specific software.

I have the same problem and have yet to find a solution ...so frustrating having to wait for postal vouchers:(

Any ideas to fix this problem would be greatly appreciated.

how do you get a postal voucher? I did this from the laptop and assumed a voucher would be e-mailed. I can't print from here so guess i've lost out unless someone can point me in the right direction.

I have an Apple Mac as well and am also unable to print it out because I don't have a printer! Assume they will send one out to me if I ask them nicely. Love their juices.

Me too - some print - this did and the dove and phil coupons did, but can't get any off supersavvyme - tried difference browsers and everything

I'd like to warn people to check before you drink or pour from the bottle. I've had 2 times where I have found mould on the bottle neck when you take the cap off! First was last week on 2 bottles, took them back and they checked another from the shelf it had mould as well. AND this week on 1 bottle, they didn't check any others from the shelf, from 2 totally different size bottles! Won't be buying anything from innocent again! Serious issues in their production!

This was in Sainsbury's btw, but could well have happened to people in other shops.

My printer has just taken AGES to print the coupon (about 10 mins cos it kept stopping and starting) and now it looks like the bottom of the coupon hasn't printed. Can anyone confirm is there any more coupon below the paragraph of writing that ends with 'sorry about that'.

Yes there is. There's almost about the same amount of text below that and another barcode.

ok thanks, for the amount of ink it has just wasted and time it has took I don't think I'll bother trying to print it again!

Unfortunately it wouldn't let me play cause it knew I already 'won' a coupon. It was at least 6 months ago so it must have a good memory. Ah Well....the mould story has put me off anyway
