Argh help! Problem with card payment!

I just ordered something online using my visa electron card and the website said it hadn't been authorized.. but I just checked my bank and the money has been taken out! What do I do! Tried calling the website and emailing them but no reply!! Can I cancel the payment with my bank??? Really don't need this just before xmas!

    Nevermind sorted it.. called up my bank who said that although the payment had gone it'd been 'ear marked' or something so they've cancelled the transaction and the money's gone back into my account. Relief! lol!
    Won't be trying to order off that website again! lol!
