This month’s prize is a seven-night holiday for two people at stunning boutique hotel Longueville Manor, including half-board accommodation and return flights from the UK. Set at the foot of a picturesque valley, Longueville Manor is the only AA Five Red Star hotel on Jersey and is a member of the world’s finest collection of small luxury hotels, Relais & Châteaux. The impeccably decorated house has 30 stunning bedrooms and suites – the winner and guest will stay in a deluxe room – and an exceptional restaurant, run by awardwinning chef Andrew Baird.
The lucky pair will enjoy fantastic seasonal dishes each night and delicious breakfasts every morning. The hotel has been in the Lewis family for more than 60 years and today benefits enormously from the personal touch provided by Malcolm and Patricia Lewis.
