Go forth and claim for them all !!! They will bow down to you and pay out £££££'s!!! She will definetly get them all back if she (or you as you seem to be doing the legwork) pursue's it to the bitter end i.e. arranges a court date and a day before the court date, the bank pays out ( worst case scenario).
It was a painless, easy experience for myself as i only had to logon to internet banking, check all my statements for the charges. List them in a letter, sent it and was sent a gesture of goodwill payment because 'first direct is mindful of the management time and irrecoverable legal costs we may incur in relation to such a claim.'
