Hurricane Vase alternative

For my table centres I liked the idea of a hurricane vase with a big candle inside but the vases were quite pricy.
However today I stumbled across these and although they're not hurricane vases I think they'll look great and still has the general look I was going for:

Now just need to decide exactly how to fill/present them.

I have one of these at home! they are nice vases. Very good price. Nice with a candle in, or maybe decorative stones, petals or fairy lights???

We bought them for my friends centre pieces, we put in some sane, a small candlea nd some coloured rose petal leaves, put them on square mirrors also from ikea and some tea lights on the mirrors we thought they looked fab

Another one with one of those here! Mine is filled with fake rose petals at the mo but it will be holding my bouquet once we're married

My friend had these for her centrepieces, she had them sitting on a mirrored plate and filled with coloured sand (pink), which she bought from shops like home bargins and poundstrecher and a church candle. Looked lovely
