Wooden blinds for my room!

I need wooden blinds, 50mm slates, needs to be around 45cm wide and a drop of 90cm.
These sizes are hard to find, and my weird doors/windows just had to be in this size:-(??
They have to be wood of decent quality and prices I see are ridculous of around £150-£200.
Needs to be £60max!
Thanks,
-MoE-

Can you post that in metric, can't find my tape to convert.0 -
Wooden blinds are actually quite easy to cut down, either using a standard saw or a jigsaw. Tightly tape each end you need to trim off, which will act as a guide for the saw as well as holding the blind slats firmly together to enable a neat & tidy cut.
I've successfully cut down 2 wooden blinds after finding it impossible to find the width I needed readymade & unwilling to spend a few hundred £'s to have them made to measureThe bigger the bargain, the better I feel.
I should mention that there's only one of me, don't confuse me with others of the same name.0 -

Not ALL wooden blinds are suitable to be cut down. Some are, some aren't. If you want to cut them down, you have to make sure you buy ones that can be cut to adjust.0 -
Dunelm Mill! Try them, their blinds are really cheap and good too.0
