Car 'wrapping' - is it worthwhile?

I know someone who used to have to drove the Red Bull car round, it was a Beetle and had a huge can of Red Bull attached to the back of it. She got nothing but hassle for the whole time she had it, people damaging it, pi$$ing on it, shouting at her etc.

She got out of the job for that reason. I know its a little different to wrapping but i guess there may be problems you should be prepared for in advance.

it can damage the paint as the glue doesnt always come away from the paint
also, sometimes water or condensation gets under the "wrap" and causes rust
