joint buy to let

been approved for a buy to let re-mortgage, one applicant had to earn min £25k which my partner does. i earn on average £450 per month which gets paid into my bank, no tax or ni so payslip is literally a headed paper with name, ni date and amount on. i also receive £520 rent on the property, propery at mo is in my sole name but when we re-mortgage it is going in both names.
the lender is asking for 3 months pay slips and p60 for both apps, parnter has proper slips with p60, i have no p60 as i dont pay tax, could this cause a problem with the mortgage lender?

Paying no tax is not relevant. As you pay NIC your employer will still need to declare your earnings to the HMRC and send a copy of your P60 when they submit the annual P35 return.

Perhaps you should learn to read before looking for a mortgage.

Yes, we read that the first time, repeating it doesn't change the fact that the lender has already been identified in post # 3. Or are you just an incompetent spammer?
