I would post the above on their facebook page (maybe wait until tomorrow as doubt they will be checking it now) and name the store. They have been posting to say they will notify the store of the terms and conditions if they have been getting it wrong...

got a white dress from Bletchley store this morning, SA didn't have a clue neither did store manager, took them about 10 mins to put it through the till!

Can anyone see todays top on the New look website. I've tried doing a search for 'ladder insert top' or 'ladder' and I'm not getting it come up.

I clicked on the offer page and it came up with a voucher for the ladder top - admittedly the voucher on FB has a picture of sunglasses - but the JPG has the ladder top and mens shoes.

I'm trying to find the top on the actual New Look website.

I've got the voucher already printed and ready to go out at lunch time, but can't see the top on NL site to see what other colours are available.

Went into serpentine green, peterborough - had 2 in stock - size 8 and 14
needless to say I have the 14.
For a facebook campaign I think all we are doing is helping them to clear the sale cxxp.

I take it you found it in the sale section?

How much was it (before being knocked down to £1)

Got the men's shoes today (which were originally £40 and down to £15 in the sale) and also a top for myself from another store. The tops are only £3 in the sale but will be perfect for me for work wear - especially for £1! Also got a dress yesterday and shorts the day before so a very happy bunny here. Don't like the look of tomorrow's offers so I will give them a miss. Thanks all for posting - especially the links in advance
