Being paid in cash and don't think employer is paying tax or NI

    Assuming that your OH is an employee, then the employer should have issued him with a P60 - an End of Year Certificate- for the tax year to 5 April 2011 showing his pay and the deductions made by the employer for tax and NI. Did he get this?

    Ome thing that hasn't been mentioned is how much the person is earning as there would be no stoppages below £139 OTTOMH. How much does he earn a week?
