Would love to buy PV panels but am concerned that fuse box is in kitchen and there is no easy way to get a connection cable there. Is there any way to make a connection through the house ring main.

surely they would connect by the meter outside and not through the fuse box??"Save the cheerleader - Save the world"0 -
Any solar surveyor will be able to put your mind at rest about this. It's unlikely you have an unusual wiring system - they will likely just route through to your existing outside metering box.

I wouldn't worry. The cost of any extra electrical work involved in dealing with an unusual fusebox location is small in relation to the overall scheme cost.We need the earth for food, water, and shelter.
