15" LCD TV/DVD Combo £150 OR 15" LCD TV/Freeview Box £129

Thinking of purchasing an either one of these :-

The LCD TV from Sainsburys DOES NOT have Freeview included

Oh yes it does ! You get a free Mogen set top box to go with it ! It's currently being advertised in store.

Sorry I thought you meant that the Freeview tuner was INSIDE the LCD TV.

Only there is no mention of Freeview as internal or external on the link you posted

No I meant the link you posted for the Sainsbury's website page for the Mogen 15" LCD TV ML1508TN

FREEVIEW is nowhere to be seen on it - the Sainsbury's page

Back to your original question - not got either and dont know how good they are but given the choice I'd go for the Mogen TV with the free Freeview box.
You'll need a Freewiew box for it in 2 or 3 years time when the analogue signal is turned off and all TV broadcasts are digital. Apart from that you get all the extra channels (ITV2, ITV3, BBC3, BBC4, Film4, E4, More4, Sky3, FiveLife, FiveUS and others PLUS Digital Radio channels) so there is a greater choice.

The £20 you save (from the £150 Argos option) will buy a DVD player to give you that facility if you need it.
Sainsbury's are selling an ALBA DVD player for £19.99

An ADDED bonus from my point of view is that the DVD bit is NOT inside the TV (and vice-versa - well part of the same unit) - so if the DVD bit goes wrong you don't lose the TV whilst it gets fixed
