Yes, I saw that as well! They don't undertand that what makes Twitter so attractive is the interaction we can have with them!
I also haven't received my Charles Worthington kit as well as the W7 eyeshadows. Hooray - recieved my Garnier body lotion today - just awaiting my Redken Hair stuff now. Although UPs have left a card to see a neighbour as taken a delivery for us ( maybe something to do with my hubby or one of the prizes I am awaiting ) But neighbour is out at the moment.0
