Hi all,
I am currently with Natwest (savings and mortgage). The initial term on my current (fixed) mortgage is coming to an end in August. I would like to move to an offset mortgage

I have found three banks/BS that offer fixed rate offfsets that are quite appealing:
  1. Scottish Widows Bank - 3.09% - my real cost per moth = 720.42
  2. First Direct - 3.89 - My real cost per month = 730 (I wasnt able to find any initial charges so this may not be very accurate)
  3. Yorkshire Building Soceity - 3.09 my real cost per month = 711.92

But I don't know much/anything about Scottish Widows Bank or Yorkshire Building Society and I am looking for feedback.

Thanks in advance!
