Hi,
I've had a look at this, my thought initially was that it was a good price but a quick google search showed me how it really is NOT a bargain! :
http://www.gadgetspeak.com/gadget/article.rhtm/751/235442/article.html
As you can see from the article in the link above dated June 05, the price then at empire was £69.99, so how they've managed to raise the price to its current £107 and then offer a clearance bargain at £39 is anybody's guess.
I'd steer clear if it was me, but perhaps there are more enlightened people on here who may suggest otherwise.

on google there seems to be little about it, no reviews or other stockists.
Transferring files will be painfully slow with USB 1.1.
You will need to get at least an 1gb SD card to hold films and a good amount of music.
See the other models they offer, which address these issues, and have 3.5" screens0 -
Good size screen but 128Mb is tiny. As bubbles2007 says you'd defintiely need to buy more memory to take advantage of the video playback facility otherwise you'd be constantly deleting videos off the player and uploading new ones. I think given the size of the screen it's a good price but don't read anything into its previous RRP. In my opinion, you'd have to be crazy to pay £199.99 for this. I bought a similar player like this but with a smaller screen for about £20 from microdirect and although I'd like a bigger screen, I'm very happy with it - that site quite often has some bargains0
