Lasagne Pasta in Bread Machine?

I'm thinking about making a lasagne next week, and I thought rather than buying fresh pasta or using sheets I could probably make my own in the bread machine - it does have a pasta setting, does anyone know a recipe or could I just follow a basic pasta recipe and roll into thin sheets?

Basic pasta recipe (flour, egg, water) and then roll into thin sheets - mix it by hand though, do not use the BM, that would overwork the dough.

Another option which I am yet to try (on the menuplan for the next month though), but it comes highly recommended from many sources, is to simply make a batch of thin pancakes and use that instead. Apparently it's delicious and I am looking forward to trying it :)

we have a handmade pasta thread . There is an older thread about pasta in the bread machine but it doesn't apply in this instance

Have you checked your instructions? That would be your best bet

Ill merge this later on :)
