latest lager and beer offers

Got my 30 cans of speckled hen for £20,the trout told me it was going like hotcakes now, word must have gone round THAT website place!. I just stood and looked stupid (easy for me).

called in Asda Great Yarmouth last night and they are selling Carlsberg 20 pk for a tenner. Not sure how long the offer is on as we are away on holidays

As this board is all about moneysaving have you tried Tesco Value lager 2% abv?

In my younger days (now nearing 40) i considered myself a beer/lager expert. Ive been a member of camra and have travelled to Belgium solely to savour specialist beers.

I now mainly enjoy a beer in the house and one day when i needed to stay half sober bought some of the above tesco lagers.

First can tasted a little sweet but quickly got a taste. 4 cans cost 97p so a crate of 24 comes in under £6.

it's now all I buy! Try it and you may just be surprised.

might just do that, like to have a couple of beers if watching sport at night. As i drive for a living (following day) i have to be very careful so at only 2% and that price might just fit the bill.

Morrison's have started a 3 for £20 on 12 pks beers. Did not catch the full advert but hopefully may start another store war lol

I tried it last month. Absolutely disgusting, just like sugared water and not worth 50p let alone 97p.

In Asda last night and the Carlsberg 20 pk for a tenner is still on. Must be ending soon so get em while you can lol

And I thought Fosters was only good as cooking lager!

And if people are worried about driving, then they shouldnt be drinking any alcohol at all really

Totally agree about the driving thing.
However staying sober is not always related to driving!
