Hi me and my girlfriend will be looking to buy our first home together at the end of the year.
The trouble is my girlfriend has bad credit. She was paying off through a debt management company. We have paid the debt off now but i wanted to know if this is going to be a problem when we go see a mortgage adviser with our 10% mortgage.

A huge problem, how long ago was this. Have you checked her credit report?0

not too sure i think it was 3-4 years ago and may be a year ago she arranged a debt management and then payed off last week.
i havent checked her credit rating.
my be i should apply for this on my own then if i can0
