Thanks for your reply. I have been told that they specialize in winding up failing companies and wanted to confirm that point if poss.:D

Yes, they can act as administrators but also I work for a large insurance company and they also act as auditors as well to make sure companies internal processes work and to protect them against financial loss

Thanks for the info. I have a holiday home on a site that is being overseen by them. Restructuring supposedly but the place has been going down the drain since they got involved.;)

if the site is in administration you might find they sell it and you have to leave quickly. might be worth trying to find out what the plans are etc.
