I would really like a Tassimo but there seems to be so many models. Does anyone know anything about them, or where I can find out the difference between the models? Anything really would be useful.
Many thanks

I have a Braun Tassimo, the predecessor to the Bosh Tassimo.
It's a good machine, & makes good coffee, however, the price of pods continues to rise, e.g. Kenco Medium Roast about £4 for 16 pods = 25p per cup.
Do also consider an Espresso machine. See Which? Magazine at your local library for 'Best Buys'.
These machines often take loose coffee & 'Senseo'-style pods. Lidl sell a variety of such pods under the Melangerie label at £1.49 for 18 pods = 8p per cup.
I also have an Espresso machine, & use the Lidl pods. The coffee tastes even better than Tassimo, at a third of the price per cup.0 -
Does anyone know anything about them,
The T20 and T40 are the base models, the only difference is that you can interchange parts on the T20 for different colours.
The T60 adds a Brita filter in the water reservoir and an LCD display on the front.
The T80 does exactly the same as the T60 but you pay extra for the aluminium case.
I have the T60.Dave. :wave:0 -

I have the T60.
That's great information, thank you!
Hubby thinks I'm bonkers for wanting to spend that kind of money so perhaps I should stick with the cheapest lol0 -
