i was wondering if anybody knew where I could buy his cookbook. i can get it posted from Aus but can't find it in the UK. anyone help?

did a quick search of all the usual suspects and it does look like its only available in Aus.
The only thing I can think of is that it may be worth looking at the aus version of ebay as it may be cheaper on there
