Is there such a thing as a good morgage company for someone who has bad debt?
basically we have a £10k approx secured loan and would like to put it in with the mortgage, but there is no way my current provider will do it and i don't want to sign up with some dodgy company.
Any thoughts?

What is the bad credit? CCJ's, defaults etc?
How much in total do you need to borrow? What is the property worth?
Any missed payments on the mortgage or secured loan?I am a Mortgage AdviserYou should note that this site doesn't check my status as a mortgage adviser, so you need to take my word for it. bad credit is:
£33k debt with CCCS on DMP which came about when we started missing payments.
We have missed one mortgage payment but added in to the next 3 months.
no missed payments on secured loan.
Property is about £120,000
mortgage is about £99,000
so would like to add about £10k£33,000 DMP with CCCS, £10k secured loan, and not enough income.0 -

Even if you had perfect credit you couldn't do it as your LTV would be above 90%0
