Name change on mortgage

I recently got married and have to change to my married name on my mortgage, however i had the mortgage 10 years before meeting my husband and he is not on the mortgage, now we have a son and my husband pays the mortgage as we have a joint account. It does not worry me about him paying it but i am worried that when i go and change my name my circumstances have changed and i pesonally have no income. Does this affect my agreement that my husband pays it as i have a really good tracker mortgage which is really cheap at the moment. Advice please x
