Help - Any Ideas on Stretching Leather Gloves

My trusty old leather gloves have gone missing and the only other pair I have are slightly tight. Now unless Santa is going to surprise me with a new pair, which is very unlikely, I would be really grateful for a few ideas on how to go about stretching them - otherwise my hands are going to be too sore and cramped to use the computer or they may even fall off due to frostbite.

Merry Christmas to you all.

id put a rubber washing up glove inside the leather glove fill it with water and somehow seal the rubber glove so it doesnt leak out:confused: sellotape and pegs? and pop the gloves into the freezer when the water freezes it will expand and hopefully stretch the gloves abit :j

alternatively could you leave them on the radiator to warm before wearing them - the heat might let them stretch just enough to fit :D

angchris - i saw that tip for shoes on tv a couple of days ago- we must have been watching the same show!!!

I remember my nan saying with shoes, you wet them and then stuff them with newspaper to stretch them. Maybe soaking the gloves and then wearing them around the house might help?
