    I emailed customer services last night.
    Got a reply today saying my order has been dispatched and if I log into my account it will be in order history! :wall:
    Thats why I emailed them because my order is not showing up under order history!

    you don't have to open an account with Very - there is the option to pay by card instead

    Not very impressed with Very - I have had a pair previously so ordered a size 4. The ones Very have sent they have put a size 4 label on but Reebok label says 4.5. Have measured against my old pair and they are definitely not a 4.

    Don't think I can deal with the hassle of sending them back so will have to get some thick socks I think :(

    I had another email from customer services yesterday saying mine had been dispatched and I will receive a tracking number from UPS.
    Nothing yet, and it's still not showing up on my account either.
