Thanks for your help. Now can anyone help me to write a negative.

Just wanted to thanks to you all for your helpful advice with regards to the pram I received that wasn't as descibed. This is the original post.

http://https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/3289724

Just incase anyone is interested, ebay ruled in my favour and I have got my refund. :j

Thanks especially to Pinkshoes who suggested I ask ebay to fund the return postage, they did, and I just about got it into one parcel (they would only pay for one).

I am having a few issues now with the seller contacting me directly as they have not updated their address details and the postage label ebay provided me with was wrong and the parcel has now gone to their old address. They are expecting me to collect it from the depot and forward it on. As you can imagine I have told them where to sling it!

Can anyone give me advice on what to write when leaving them a negative. I want to warn others off as they are obviously trying to get the pram back to sell on again, but I know there are certain things you can't put or it will get removed.

Thanks in advance :)
:T Big thanks to everyone who posts comps :T

    Not yet up for sale again, but no doubt it will be if they get it back. I have no idea why its only fit for the tip!

    Something along the lines of:

    "essential accessories missing from pram yet listed in auction. Seller uncooperative."
    Should've = Should HAVE (not 'of')
    Would've = Would HAVE (not 'of')

    No, I am not perfect, but yes I do judge people on their use of basic English language. If you didn't know the above, then learn it! (If English is your second language, then you are forgiven!)

    If you see it up for sale again on ebay you could report it if they are using the same incorrect description.

    When you leave a negative don't mention the dispute as apparently that can be grounds to have feedback removed. I would just say something like;

    Item not as described. Uncooperative seller. Would not use again.

    I'm no good at wording so I will leave it to Pinkshoes and the others. However, remember that the purpose of feedback to act as a warning to the next potential buyer, so make sure you get in any warnings about what they might expect. Ideally your feedback should mean that a buyer would seriously think about it before bidding, or even avoiding the seller altogether.

    although eeeeee maybe on the spot - make sure you avoid any personal comments, as the seller can get ebay to remove and neg feedback that could be construde as an insult. There are already good examples from other posters on how to word the reply - just make sure you get across how the pram was not how it was decribed, and that you have difficulty in trying to get his resolved directly with the seller.
