Save money on wood fuel by stocking up now

I already mentioned this in another thread, but as it could save people money I thought it would be worth starting a new one.
It's worth phoning up a few wood fuel suppliers now to ask if they are doing deals on wood at the moment. Ask if they have any "part-seasoned" wood, as this should still be ready for burning later in the winter, just perhaps not at the moment (but you don't need it now anyway).
I'm fairly new to wood stoves, so don't know if I am getting a particularly good deal, but I just paid £130 for four cubic metres of part-seasoned hardwood, delivered, that I can burn this winter. Earlier in the year I paid £80 for two cubic metres, so it's a bit of a saving.
(the wood is really good quality by the way, and all sourced from locally sustainable sources, or as part of necessary tree surgery).
Out of interest, what are people paying for wood to be delivered? I am based in Cambridgeshire, and some suppliers want £90 per cubic metre(!).

Hi
Usually pay £120 delivered for around 3 cubic metres (~2 tonnes) of 12 month seasoned around here, mixed load .... mainly oak .... sourced from sustainable timber felled about 3 miles away.
