in Mortgages & endowments
I have built a house on a plot of land I own. I want to raise a mortgage of approx 65% ltv on the finished property. Does anyone know of a btl provider who does not require a 6 month tenancy period prior to lending? I know Northern Rock and The Mortgage Works are non starters. Thanks.

    Yes i know of one however 60% LTV maximum, however i would need quite a bit more info from you to confirm this
