Ive seen a job advertised and wondering if I should apply or not- there is no JD ( via an agency) so wondered whether my skills would fit-

Do you know the company name?

    Not Debt-Free Direct, is it?
  • I applied for a job with that title last December & they sent the details.

It was for one of those get you out of debt for a price IVA selling companies. I can't remember their name as I hadn't heard he name before & havent since.

Basically involved selling the caller an IVA getting an SOA (in that order ), mail merging the details into a standard letter template & sending them out & getting the caller to set up a standing order to pay them.

No salary details were sent but it strongly hinted that it was commission based.

I think it depends on the company Lynz - it can be a dodgy loan type co, or working for accountancy firms, I think trying to get settlement on debts for clients whose debtors are insolvent.
A positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy enough people to make it worth the effort
    :) Mortgage Balance = £0 :)
