I only found this programme last night on the Zone Reality and its on again NOW. It is an American programme but it does give you some good money saving / debt paying ideas :j
I think its on twice a week Tues & Wed at 6pm

I don't know what the options available in the US/Canada are so maybe that was the only one available.
