Jane Norman Liquidation

I ordered some clothes from Jane Normans website which I received last week. None of them were suitable so I was intending to post them back today and get a refund but since they have gone into liquidation as of yesterday I am unsure of what to do and what my rights are. Any advise would be most apreciated

I would suggest calling Consumer Direct on 08454 04 05 06. They should be able to inform you of your rights and what to do.Working Full Time but just about make ends meet.

I would imagine you won't be able to get a refund, but certainly don't send them off until you've managed to speak to someone - either Jane Norman staff or administrators for confirmation.0
