  • Great thread. Can't believe people have paid off so much. I've paid off roughly £3.6k so running total is:

    £1,133,806.01

    :T
    Debt to pay off £22,350:eek:

DFW 204 - Started off £53,670 in debt LBM 2006

I will be in credit one day - one payment at a time
  • My mistake total now is

    £1,135,890.05
    Debt to pay off £22,350:eek:

  • In 2002 my girlfriend and I had aquired around £24K of debt. £15k of it being being marital debts my ex-wife left me with.

This year, having shelled out £6700, we are now clear of all our debts bar the mortgage. :j We've even managed to re-furnish our living room and bedroom, as a result of having extra funds to do so, without touching the credit cards.

Being new to this I'm not sure what the running total thing is but assume it's everything we've all paid off this year so with that in mind I assume we are now on:

    £1,142,590.05:T

Well done to those that have worked hard to pay off what they owe.

I'd like to know how much debt was written off by mse'ers this year....?

Perhaps it'd be best for you to start your own thread in the DFW section asking just that question? Let's not take away from the crowning glory of the DFWs year please by discussing creditors writing off debt and the amounts.

This thread is for us DFWs to see out 2006 on a high note and everyone has worked hard to pay off what they owe (and many of us will continue that into next year).

    So, £1,169,117.51 is where we're at...only 1 more day before 2006 ends...anymore for anymore? :D
    Back on the DFW Wagon:

    CC - £3,300 on 0% til 04/2020
    CC - £4,500 on 0% til 02/2019
    Loan - £12,063.84 as at 4/1/18
