It's probably the usual trick.
Say a carpet is $100, if it's 70% off then it will be $30 for the carpet.
What they are selling is probably $100 with 50% off so $50, then a further 20% off the $50 which is $10, therefore you actually pay $40.
It was a classic MFI trick.0 -
I think someone pulled the rug from under their sales strategy.
Presumably, people are still buying carpet, so this is really a reflection on how carp they are.0
