Is it worth making this particular complaint??

Hey guys,

I ordered some goods off of the microdirect website last Tuesday (12/12/06) and still havent received the order. The order was actually sent out the same day by Micro direct but the problem lies with the delivery company ANC.

Now the company has been in touch with me a few days ago and stated they could not locate the postal address. I then gave them another address to deliver to and yet i still have not received it.

I want to make a complaint and get some compensation out of them but do you think they would actually offer anything and if so what?

Im sure there's quite alot of people been in the same situation as myself, just didnt know if anyone got any compensation.
