Hi all,
I'm looking into taking a payment holiday with my NRAM mortgage and they state that they will carry out "an affordability assessment", this involves me telling them my income and outgoings and details of my loans/credit cards.
Can anyone tell me if they carry out a credit check or anything else or if the assessment is solely bassed on the information I provide them?
